The Event of the Year Has Arrived!

Keystone Women's Rugby Club will be holding our 4th Annual Date and Silent Auction on Saturday, December 3rd, 2011, starting at 6pm at Noche in Rittenhouse Square (1901 Chestnut St, Philadelphia PA). $10 at the door will get you exclusive drink specials, where all of the proceeds go directly to Keystone to help fund our journey towards a National Championship.

The Silent Auction will feature Professional rugby gear, Workout packages, Restaurant Gift Certificates, plus a whole lot more.

The Date Auction, or main event of the evening, will of course feature some members of the G.L.O.K. There will also be some fine guys for the ladies, so be ready to bid on your perfect date!

Meet Nicky!

Nichesha hails from the beautiful, sunny, and sandy beaches of Jamaica, Jamaica. She comes from a large family of strong women and has a twin sister. When she's not working as an interpreter for the deaf, she can be found cheering Jamaican runners on at the Penn Relays, cooking award winning chicken wings, playing rugby, and singing on the church choir. Now boys don't worry, Nicky has a naughty side as well, she's ready to drop it low on the dance floor at the drop of a house beat.

Meet SixTwo!

Amanda was born and raised in South Jersey. And although she did not come out of the womb fist pumping, she did come out of the womb singing the Philadelphia Eagles fight song. She spent most of her young life on the stage singing and dancing and performing in musical theatre troupes, while also developing a love for running and swimming. Upon graduating high school, she packed her bags and set off for the sunshine state, spending the next 4.5 glorious years of her life at The Florida State University. She was delighted to learn yet another football fight song to sing that concluded with the spelling out of her beloved team’s name. Despite the fact that she worked hard to keep FSU at its rank in the top 10 party schools in the nation, she also graduated with honors earning a BS in both Rehabilitation Counseling Services and Rehabilitative, Exercise and Allied Health Sciences. It was at Florida State that she discovered rugby and triathlons, amongst many other things, and fell very much in love with both. While in college Amanda continued to dance, competed competitively in local sprint triathlons, played rugby for FSU, the South Women’s Territorial Squad, the USA U23 developmental squad and Orlando Women’s Rugby team. After completing college, she moved down to the Happiest place on earth to be able to practice and spend time with her teammates from Orlando as well as continuing to play there for two more seasons before moving back north a year ago. Currently, she works with children on the autism spectrum as a Behavioral Therapist, loves her job, and is going to school for the mastery of Occupational Therapy. She still enjoys running and performing, as well as playing rugby (with the G.L.O.K.) , NFL football (Go Birds!), the Phils, Seminole football and baseball, and now Crossfit. Some fun facts: her favorite color is pink or anything day glo, her favorite outfit is a mini dress or anything sequenced or animal print, her favorite song to dance to is “SHOUT” (although, she certainly can teach you how to dougie), she has actually spent quite a bit of time at band camp in her life, and was once hit by a truck while riding her bicycle. She loves good company and hopes everyone is having a wonderful evening!!

Meet Femi!

Femi is the fly-half for the gryphons - acting as the main play-maker for the illustrious attacking outfit. He is a current Thouron scholar and graduate student at the University of Pennsylvania where he is studying for an MPA. Femi graduated from Oxford University as an undergraduate, and has spent the majority of his life in the UK. In his free time, Femi enjoys playing the guitar, watching Anchorman and traveling.

Meet Brie!

Brie is from Huntingdon Valley and she's sweeter than the girl next door. When she's not working with children as a speech pathologist, Brie can be found taking care of her kids and bouncing around the tennis court in a cute tennis skirt. Now gentlemen, don't be fooled by how sweet Brie is, she played varsity tennis at NC State, GO WOLFPACK, and I dare you to try and stump Brie on the lyrics of ANY hip hop song. Go ahead I DARE you!

Meet Julie!!

She may enjoy quiet nights at home over dinner and a movie but she also knows how to let loose. Men, that's right men no boys.. meet Philadelphia native and bombshell, Julie Gibson. Julie is 33 years old and employed as an office manager. She also manages to drive men crazy with her quick wit and sweet charm. The best way to get to her heart is to open up those wallets so let the bidding begin!

Meet Ryan!!

Ryan is very outgoing and adventurous, he likes to stay in shape by doing MMA and currently holds a championship belt as a welterweight for the NACF fight league in Maryland.

In his free time he enjoys playing JENGA, mountain biking, wine tasting, ballroom dancing, reading, travelling and throwing horse shoes.

Also ladies he’s DTF!

Meet Brillsky!

This Long Island native recently moved down to Philadelphia for a job opportunity after graduating from SUNY Geneseo with a bachelor's in business administration and communication. Although Meghan says words like ball and coffee with a heavy accent, she's understandable most of the time. Please don't take her to an aviary, as she is terrified of birds for some inexplicable reason. During the winter months, you'll find her on the ski slopes or overindulging at wine and cheese parties ... mostly the wine part. The rest of the time, she loves attending live music and sporting events, as well as traveling.

Meet Mo!

If you’re looking for a classy (like Kim Kardashian), local girl then look no further! Maurie "Mo" was born and raised (like livestock) in Philadelphia. This student of City Planning is notorious for not taking any prisoners, on or off the field (not to mention in the sack). If the first thing that comes to your head when you hear “aphrodisiac” is cheese, then look no further. This cheesophile is the only girl you need to spend your money on tonight!
